01: Entry Beijing
Our guide will pick you up at Beijing airport and transfer
you to the 4 star Holiday Inn Central Plaza. After checking
in, you will have free time when you may like to have a stroll
along the Cheng'an Street and absorb something of the vibrant
atmosphere of Beijing and maybe seek out a cafe or restaurant
for your dinner.
Day 02: Beijing
Before starting the tour, you will meet the other members
of your group this morning during the pre-tour briefing in
the hotel. Your first stop is the impressive Tian'anmen Square.
From there you will enter the ' Imperial Palace ' known as
the Forbidden City to explore its many fascinating halls and
pavilions. You will then go to the Temple of Heaven, the place
where the Emperors worshipped the Heaven for good harvests.
To round off a memorable start to your tour, we will expend
US$15.00 net for each member of the group to arrange a delicious
Beijing Duck Dinner at the original, century-old Quan Ju De
restaurant followed by a lively Peking Opera performance at
the Liyuan Theatre. (B+L+D)
Day 03: Beijing
This morning you will be taken to Badaling where you will
experience at first hand the wonder of the Great Wall. To
avoid having lunch at the shopping site restaurant, we specially
arrange your lunch served at a local popular Sichuan Food
restaurant. Later the journey will take you to the Sacred
Way and the Ming Tomb in the peaceful shadow of Longevity
Mountain. (B+L+D)
Day 04: Beijing/ Xian
You will take an afternoon flight to Xian after visiting the
Summer Palace. A visit to the Hanyangling Museum, the Mausoleum
of Western Han Emperor Liu Qi, is scheduled along the way
to the downtown district and your 4 star Tianyu Gloria Plaza
Hotel. This evening you will enjoy a Cantonese Cuisine dinner
at the expense of US$15.00 net per person at the famous local
restaurant, Canton Palace. (B+L+D)
Day
05: Xian
The visit to the majestic Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum
will start your today's tour. To avoid the poor food at the
Warrior Site, you will take highway back to downtown to have
buffet lunch at the 4 star hotel, Gloria Plaza. In the afternoon,
you will visit the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the mighty City
Wall. Enjoy the Sichuan Cuisine, which costs approximately
US$10.00 net per person, this evening at a famous local restaurant.

Day 06: Xian
Following a visit to the Provincial History Museum, you will
call in a local family. Later you will go to see the Great
Mosque and have some free time to explore for some souvenirs
or antiques in the Bazaar near the Mosque. A splendid evening
is in store when you will be entertained at the Tang Dynasty
Music and Dance Show when partaking of the famous Dumpling
Banquet Dinner. (B+L+D)
Day 07: Xian/ Shanghai
Take a morning flight to Shanghai. After lunch, you will visit
an old town near Shanghai, Qibao, where the old buildings
and street in Ming - Qing style, traditional snacks, small
bridges, rivers and teahouses might make you forget you are
in Shanghai, in modern times! After you check in at the 3
star hotel, Pacific Luck, which is located in the Bund area,
you will have some free time to stroll along the Bund, to
see this mile long stretch of European buildings and to experience
the thrills of old Shanghai. (B+L+D)
Day
08: Shanghai
Today you will visit the Shanghai Museum, the beautiful Yuyuan
Garden, the Site of the First National Congress of the Communist
Party of China and the Xin Tian Di, which is a newly developed
recreation area in Shanghai with old styled buildings. You
are invited to the Farewell Dinner to be served at a famous
4 star Central Hotel, Wang Bao He, where US$18.00 net will
be spent for each of you. While enjoying a gourmet meal you
can overlook the fascinating view of the Nanjing Road and
the bright lights of new Shanghai. Upon returning to the hotel
our tour guide will see you in the lobby to say bon voyage.

Day 09: Exit
After breakfast, you will transfer to the airport and take
flight back home. (B)
