Reservation and Payment:

Early reservations are essential, as the group size will be only 10 to 14 people.
Confirmation will be " first come, first serve".
A non-refundable deposit of 10% of total cost per person is required upon booking.
Each participant must submit a separate signed application by mail to us.
The reservation will be cancelled if the deposit does not reach us within 20 days after the confirmation is made.
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to departure or full payment is required upon booking within 60 days prior to departure.
Should the balance not be settled at that time, the reservation is automatically cancelled.

Cancellation of bookings must be made in writing to avoid any misunderstanding.

Cancellation dates are computed as the date of our receipt of written cancellation notice.

The following cancellation fee will apply to any cancellation based upon how many working days prior to the scheduled date of departure.

60 days or more prior to departure - deposit.
30 to 59 days prior to departure - 20% of the total cost.
Within 29 days (including no show) - 30% of the total cost.
No refund or reduction will be made for any service, transfers, accommodation, meals or tours unutilized, due to changes or cancellation by travelers themselves, and/or while tour is in progress.

We shall not be held liable for the deportation or refusal of entry by immigration authorities of travelers resulting from the possession of unlawful items or those holding improper travel documents or other causes or whose behavior and activities are considered as inappropriate by the Chinese government. Driveinchina.com, Inc. shall be exempt from liability for loss, damage to property, accidents, delays, irregularities or other occurrence beyond its control. Nor shall we be responsible for loss due to any change in arrival/departure time and entry/exit transportation. We reserve the right to adjust our tour prices at any time without notice should there be changes in currency rates and/or changes in airfare, hotel and other related service rates. We also reserve the right to change and readjust, without prior notice, our tour schedule and itineraries, transportation, hotel accommodation, and services indicated in our brochure or program, in the event of unforeseen circumstances, or other force majeure. We shall not be held liable for any loss due to changes arising from the above mentioned circumstances.
All the participants should be in a good health condition and a certification of the health condition from participant's doctor is required to submit to the trip organizer.
Applicants with heart disease, pulmonary tuberculosis (TB), hypertension, disease relating to brain will not be granted to participate the trip.

All the participants should submit the international driving license to trip organizer for obtaining the temporary driving license of People's Republic of China.

All the participants should submit to trip organizer for SOS emergency rescue the necessary documents of life insurance, medical insurance which is covering:

1. Medical expenses and assistance services.
2. Personal liability.
3. Other terms.
